Opportunity to join our team on a term contract
We have a rare opportunity available for an experienced ‘Scheduling Assistant’, who has worked in the construction and manufacturing industry, to join our team at our Edinburgh North office. This is a full time, 10 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of a contract extension and lead into a permanent position.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication in a fast-paced and rewarding role.
Reporting to the Group Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and prioritise customer project delivery to sites nationally
Manage workflow to ensure project delivery meets customer expectations
Drive and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timeframes are met
Provide administrative support to Contracting Construction team for the scheduling of labour
Communicate with customers regarding the status of frame delivery and install
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in a manufacturing or logistics role
Experience in the Building industry
Ability to communicate with stakeholders on all levels
Able to problem solve and negotiate positive outcomes that benefit both the customer and Supaloc
High level attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication
