We are proud to support the upcoming Build for a Cure project by McDonald Jones Homes to raise funds for the Children's Cancer Institute.
A McDonald Jones four bedroom Havana One will be constructed over 21 days throughout International Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, commencing September 8th. All materials and furnishings are being donated by generous suppliers from around Australia. Supaloc are proud to donate the steel frames for this very special home, located in Glenmore Park, Penrith in Sydney.
The completed home will be auctioned in October, with all proceeds going towards the Children’s Cancer Institute’s mission to find a cure for childhood cancer.
Cancer is currently the leading cause of death in Australian children, and this terrible disease is devastating for every family it touches. The battle to find a cure is a difficult one due to the complexity of the disease, but a cure is on the horizon. The Children’s Cancer Institute is a world class facility with the brightest minds and the best equipment, aiming to improve diagnosis, treatment and overall discover a cure for childhood cancer.
